Do you offer service after warranty?

Yes - we provide post-warranty service either on application or by extending the warranty contract by 1 year. Such extended warranty care can be extended for additional years.

Can the machine connect to the production line?

Yes - the machine can be connected to the production line using digital signals or exchange of communication protocols.

Is 1 week enough to get the machine up and running?

Yes, a week is our standard time - the exact number of days depends on the specific case, a week is the maximum result.

Do you train the customer's employees on site?

Yes - training on how to operate and make the best use of Maluka machines is always carried out at the customer's site, under real conditions of future operation and work of our solutions.

Is it possible to buy customized software for the machine from you?

Yes - we always try to act comprehensively, and software or additional equipment are elements of the overall implementation of a machine or line. The choice of additional software depends on the components used and the extent to which the customer wants to operate the machine independently.

Do you offer remote assistance to report a failure?

Yes - if a customer reports a failure of our machine, we can intervene remotely thanks to the infrastructure provided in advance to connect to the machine. When the machine is not of our manufacture, we need the source codes to try to diagnose the problem.

Do you offer integration with an external ERP?

Yes - on all Maluka machines it is possible to send and receive data from an external ERP system. Integration can be implemented in several ways depending on the specifics of the customer's system and plant requirements.

Is one operator enough?

Yes - one employee is always sufficient to operate the Maluka machine. This is one of the details that show that we are already thinking about the overall efficiency of the line and labor costs, and therefore the profitability of the customer's business, during the design phase.

Can any Maluk machine be rearmed in 15 minutes?

Yes, and sometimes even faster - we design our machines so that they can be rearmed keyless and in a quarter of an hour at most.

Do you offer support to bring machines into compliance with the 2023/1230/EU directive?

Yes - our experts perform safety audits and advise clients on a wide range of issues concerning the adaptation of production equipment to the new Machinery Directive 2023/1230/EU.

Can a Maluka machine be purchased on credit or leased?
